Unfortunately currently we are unable to accept international cellphone numbers and credit cards on our website – we are in development so that in future we can assist when a client wishes to use their international cellphone and/or credit card.

Always access the EasyPay website by typing the correct URL www.easypay.co.za into your browser. Never click on a link in an email to go to a supposed EasyPay website. Unfortunately, as with any personal information unscrupulous parties with malicious intent may try to obtain payment card and other sensitive information from you by contacting you by email and pretending to be someone else.

Please note that EasyPay will never request any personal information or bank card/account information from you via email and therefore please ignore any such requests as they are not legitimate.

Always check any link in any email before clicking on it by hovering your cursor over the link. The full link will then be visible to you, and you should be able to determine whether or not it is legitimate. If in doubt don’t click on the link, rather delete the email.

EasyPay is dependant upon the mobile network operators for the distribution of the SMS containing the OTP. In the event that this is not sent timeously to your phone, you will unfortunately have to reregister. This timing out facility is built in to safeguard your registration.

Use this number as shown on the invoice/statement (see above) as sent to you to pay your account.
